Improvising with Graffiti

Dress (worn as top): Persunmall * Skirt - Boohoo  Bag - River Island  Shoes - Zara  Belt - Topshop

Here is just a quick post of how I styled this Persunmall Zara/Celine-esque dress I received recently. I had to wear this dress as a top as it was far too short for me. This is one of my main hates of being tall. Playsuits are tricky, dresses can be risque, and ankle grazer trousers turn out to be calf grazers. So I wasn't surprised that this dress didn't quite fit, just a little gutted. It's such a cool pattern and on trend, and I couldn't not wear it, so I decided I would improvise and wear it this way instead.

I paired the top/dress with my cute Boohoo leather look midi skirt. I am loving midi skirts at the moment and I think they are definitely a SS14 staple, whether it's with heels, or dressed down with a leather jacket. I wore my new favorite bag, my River Island fluffy beauty, to bring out the yellow in the top. I also grabbed this majorly old Topshop belt last minute, as I felt it needed breaking up a bit in the middle. I actually totally forgot I had this belt; it's always a sign you have too many clothes when you can't remember what you have...
