Holiday lookbook: Part 1

Top - Zara  Skirt - River Island  Bag - H&M  Sandals - Zara  Bracelet - ChloBo  Sunglasses - Westward Leaning

You would think being on holiday I could have at least smiled in one of these photo's. I was happy, honest!  And no matter how much I think I am doing a non-goofy, cool and totally hip blogger pose smile, I just succumb to 'resting bitch face'. But anyway, apologies for that! Here is part one of my holiday style diary. I had a pretty chilled out holiday in Marbella this year, so there wasn't a pair of heels in sight (apart from a gorgeous pair my boyfriend snapped up in the Zara sale as a birthday present, but more about those later).

This top was a great sale find from Zara. I loved the floaty material and the palm print and colours, and I thought it would be perfect on holiday. I decided to go for clashing prints in the form of this River Island skort. This has to be one of my favourite buys of the year, I think it's so flattering and I am such a sucker for black and white; I can't resist! It's just so classy and easy to pair with items. Unfortunately this Zara top has sold out online, and I did snap up this skort in the sale on River Island, but you can still find it full price here.

I kept this item casual with a pair of last year's Zara silver and white sandals and my trusty Westward Leaning sunnies; these babies never fail me. My bangle was a present from my parents trip to Morocco a few months back and I thought the turquoise stone complimented the top perfectly and I wanted to keep accessories to a minimum, so it seemed perfect.
