Pants - Zara Jumper - Primark Coat - Zara Bag - Zara
If you didn't already know by now, burgundy is my 'it' colour this season. And I like it that much, I am doubling up my dose. Tripling, if you count the plum lip.
I picked up this coveted Primark jumper on a recent trip to Manchester, having scoured numerous Primark stores in search of said burgundy delight. And once I found it, it did not disappoint. No doubt I will be buying this beauty in grey too, as it's so versatile and even though it is now a little nippy outside, the sleeveless-ness is what does it for me. It just adds a little more boxiness than a normal knit.
I decided the oversized knit would sit great with a pair of oversized pants too, so I quite literally dusted off these maroon flared pants from Zara, a few seasons old now, and it felt like a bit of a smart take on oversized boho. Plus, I am a sucker for a bit of clashing, and that subtle colour difference between the top and pants meant that it was just safe from looking like some kind of awkward uniform. The pants are actually less red in real life, it's just the unflattering winter sun making an appearance to try and ruin my blogging. I did try and take a sunglasses-less post, promise...
